Marketing Specialist I

About the Role:

We are looking for a digital marketer to join our team and support our growing list of clients. This role is an early-stage hire with a focus on growth and development, as we see this person becoming a vital member and leader as the company expands.

This role will be involved in various aspects of digital marketing, including social media management, paid marketing, SEO, website management, creative design, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of or a willingness to learn these areas and will work closely with the team to execute marketing strategies tailored to client needs.

We are a data-focused company, so this role will include preparing and analyzing reports to support campaign development, optimization, and client updates. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential for success in this position.

Sandmark Digital is headquartered in Seattle, WA. This role will be primarily remote with the opportunity for occasional in-person meetings. It is limited to candidates living in Washington State.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of marketing experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok is essential

  • Competency with analytical, data-driven work

  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, and analytics tools is a plus

  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social) is a plus
